Celebrate Easter With These Delicious Easter Nests!

When my editor asked me to include some recipes in each part of Ivy Lane I was delighted! I bake all the time, I find it incredibly relaxing and an ideal way to relieve stress. I have two daughters, both of whom also bake for fun. My eldest, Phoebe often bakes something during a break from revising for her exams. It serves a double purpose: it gives her brain a rest and provides her with something to snack on when she goes back to her school books!
These days my two don’t need my help in the kitchen – they are 14 and 12, but this recipe, designed so beautifully by the team at Transworld, is still one of our favourites and ideal for younger ones to get stuck into!

Cathy is the author of the best-selling romantic comedies Ivy Lane, Appleby farm, Conditional Love, Wickham Hall and The Plumberry School of Comfort Food. She lives in a Nottinghamshire village with her family and Pearl, the Cockerpoo. Her recent career as a full-time writer of light-hearted romantic fiction has come as somewhat of a lovely surprise after spending eighteen years running her own marketing agency. However, she has always been an avid reader, hiding her book under the duvet and reading by torchlight. Luckily her husband has now bought her a Kindle with a light, so that’s the end of all that palaver.
