boks-arrive

My Createspace proof copies have finally arrived!

I am finally holding an actual copy of my book in my hands! The proof copies that I ordered three weeks ago have finally arrived.

Pearl can barely contain her excitement

Opening the box to see my own book inside was a very exciting moment. Although I’ve seen a digital version on screen, nothing compares to the real thing.

She’s going in for a closer inspection

It also means that I can get on with the next stage of production. Once I’ve signed the proof off, I can list it on Amazon and then start the process of uploading it onto KDP (publishing for Kindle)

Cathy Bramley
By Cathy Bramley

Cathy is the author of the best-selling romantic comedies Ivy Lane, Appleby farm, Conditional Love, Wickham Hall and The Plumberry School of Comfort Food. She lives in a Nottinghamshire village with her family and Pearl, the Cockerpoo. Her recent career as a full-time writer of light-hearted romantic fiction has come as somewhat of a lovely surprise after spending eighteen years running her own marketing agency. However, she has always been an avid reader, hiding her book under the duvet and reading by torchlight. Luckily her husband has now bought her a Kindle with a light, so that’s the end of all that palaver.
