My Tenth Novel A VINTAGE SUMMER is out NOW!
I’m bursting with excitement now that my TENTH novel is finally out! I can’t believe I’m up to ten already! A VINTAGE SUMMER is set on an English vineyard and before I started writing it two years ago, my wine knowledge was limited to enjoying the odd glass of Sauvignon Blanc and trying to taste the various fruits, which according to the label, were in it! So of course, I had to do my research into the whole wine business. Quite by chance I discovered a vineyard only 20 minutes from my house.
I booked a tour and tasting at the Hanwell Wine Estate near Melton Mowbray and so began my education in viticulture. Over that summer, I went back several times and got to know Helenka Brown the owner. I even ended up helping with the harvest!
A Vintage Summer I think is one of my most exciting novels and I can’t wait to hear what you think of Lottie’s story!
